We are a successful Financial Services company based in Burgess Hill looking for the next special person to join our team. You must be:

This role involves:
• Contacting prospective clients with a view to arranging initial appointments.
• Making appointments for existing clients, annual reviews.
• Confirming appointments in writing.
• Sending Letters of Authority to other financial providers and collating information.
• Assisting with the accurate completion of application and proposal forms.
• Chasing information via phone, email or post.
• Organising and updating relevant data using in house database applications.
• Supporting clients through various marketing activities i.e. mailshots, birthdays, online support.
• Setting up client files and filing.
• Researching and investigating information to support and enable decision-making.
• Faxing, photocopying and sending literature.
• Generally helping out with other office duties i.e. dealing with telephone calls etc. as required.
For the right applicant this role could progress to include:
• Completion of strategy documents, suitability letters and reports that account for client’s circumstances and needs.
• Implementing actions, such as changing existing investment holdings, as directed.
• Assisting with the accurate completion of application and proposal forms.
This will be a full time position of 35 hours per week to be worked Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. There is opportunity to join the group company pension and private medical insurance scheme after a qualifying period. 20 days holiday rising to 25 days after 5 years’ service PLUS bank/public holidays. Salary range £19,000 - £21,000 pa dependant on qualifications and experience.
